The aggregate market value of the registrant’s Common Stock held by non-affiliates was $33,564,504 as of June 30, 2025 (the last business day of the registrant’s most recently completed second fiscal quarter), based on a total of 4,118,344 shares of Common Stock held by non-affiliates and a closing price of $8.15 as reported on the Nasdaq Capital Market on June 30, 2025. Except as described above, no other changes have been made to the Original Filing, and this Amendment does not otherwise amend, update or change the financial statements or disclosures in the Original Filing.
