The following amendment has been made to the 'Annual Financial Report & Notice of AGM' announcement released on 16 March 2026.

The following sentence has been included in the fourth paragraph to clarify that hard copies of the documents can be obtained free of charge: 'and in hard copy to shareholders and ADS holders, free of charge, upon request to the Company Secretariat, Smith & Nephew plc, Building 5, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YE.'

All other details remain unchanged.
