Vale updates on the settlement for full reparation of Samarco’s Fundão dam collapse

Rio de Janeiro, October 24, 2024 – Following the press release dated October 18, 2024¹, Vale S.A (“Vale” or “Company”) informs that the meeting to sign the Definitive Settlement for Full Reparation of Samarco’s Fundão dam collapse is expected to take place tomorrow, Friday, October 25, 2024, at 9:30 am².
