EXPLANATORY NOTE

On February 3, 2026, Amdocs Limited (“Amdocs”) issued a press release announcing that Shuky Sheffer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Amdocs Management Limited, has decided to retire and will be replaced by Shimie Hortig, currently Group President of the Americas Business Group, effective March 31, 2026.
