The Bank has made the below announcements to the Indian stock exchanges:

ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ICICI Bank Limited (the Bank), manages ICICI Strategic Investments Fund (the Fund). Since the Bank held 100% units in the Fund, the financials of the Fund were being consolidated with the financials of the Bank as per Accounting Standard 21.

All residual units of the Fund have been redeemed today. Accordingly, the Fund ceases to be a Group entity of the Bank.
