Equinor ASA: Share buy-back – first tranche for 2025

Please see below information about transactions made under the first tranche of the 2025 share buy-back programme for Equinor ASA (OSE:EQNR, NYSE:EQNR, CEUX:EQNRO, TQEX:EQNRO).

Date on which the tranche was announced: 5 February 2025.
The duration of the tranche: 6 February to no later than 2 April 2025.

From 10 March to 14 March 2025, Equinor ASA has purchased a total of 2,400,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 258.5822 per share.

Overview of transactions:

Following the completion of the above transactions, Equinor ASA owns a total of 82,666,499 own shares, corresponding to 2.96% of Equinor ASA’s share capital, including shares under Equinor’s share savings programme (excluding shares under Equinor’s share savings programme, Equinor owns a total of 74,406,027 own shares, corresponding to 2.66% of the share capital).
