Composition of the Statutory Audit and Risk Committee

Rio de Janeiro, June 02, 2025, Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A – Eletrobras informs that Ms. Vanessa Claro Lopes has taken office as a member of the Statutory Audit and Risk Committee – CAE.

In addition, Messrs. Daniel Alves Ferreira and Luis Henrique Bassi Almeida have submitted a letter of resignation from their positions as members of the Statutory Audit and Risk Committee.

Therefore, the committee will have the following composition:

• Luiz Carlos Nannini – coordinator and external member;

• Carlos Márcio Ferreira – member of the Board of Directors;

• Vanessa Claro Lopes – external member.
