CMV is the leading cause for organ rejection post - transplant. Launched a post - marketing research program aimed at generating key data in support of the benefits of CYTOGAM in the management of CMV in solid organ transplantation . Initiated the investigator - initiated SHIELD 1 study, with experts and KOLs in CMV and organ transplantation, investigating the benefits of CYTOGAM in reducing the risk of late CMV in kidney transplant recipients.
