On May 15, 2026, Enlivex Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (“Enlivex”), issued a press release announcing that it has received a notice (the “Notice”) from the Nasdaq Capital Market LLC, stating that the closing price of the Company’s ordinary shares during the 30 consecutive business days prior to the date of the Notice did not meet the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
