NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The Company announces that it received notification on July 26, 2024 that Graham Hetherington, a

Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 850 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of £9.722471 per share on July 26, 2024 and a further 500 Shares at a price of £9.704308 on the same date.

Following these transactions, Graham has an interest in 21,651 shares in the Company.
