The Company announces that it received notification on July 26, 2024 that Joanna Le Couilliard, a

Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 1,490 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of £10.064543 per share on July 26, 2024.
