NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The Company announces that it received notification on July 29, 2024 that Dr. Keith Humphreys, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 775 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of $12.6741 per share on July 29, 2024.

Following this transaction, Dr. Humphreys has an interest in 2,379 shares in the Company.
