Explanatory Notes

This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) is made to Report on Form 6-K originally furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 16, 2026 (the “Original 6-K”) to amend the Original 6-K to include the following incorporation by reference language in the Original 6-K:

“The contents of this Report on Form 6-K are hereby incorporated by reference into (i) the Company’s registration statement on Form S-8 (File No. 333-288739) filed with the SEC on July 18, 2025 and (ii) the Company’s registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-289600) that was initially filed with the SEC on August 14, 2025 and declared effective by the SEC on September 30, 2025.”

No other changes have been made to the Original 6-K. This Amendment does not reflect events that may have occurred subsequent to the original submission date and does not modify or update in any way the disclosures made in the Original 6-K.
