Resignation of Ms. Fabiane Reschke as Legal Director of TIM S.A.

TIM S.A. ("TIM" or "Company") (B3: TIMS3; NYSE: TIMB), in accordance with the provisions of CVM Resolution No. 44/21, announces that today the Company received the resignation of Ms. Fabiane Reschke from the position of Legal Officer.

TIM expresses its gratitude to Ms. Fabiane Reschke for her commitment and dedication in the performance of her duties throughout her tenure as Legal Officer of the Company and wishes her success in her new professional journey.

The Board of Directors will meet in due course to evaluate the structure of the Company's Board of Executive Officers.
