Departure of Non-Executive Director
Mr. Tim George, Non-Executive Director of Dole plc (the “Company”), has informed the Company that due to his recent appointment as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets, LLC he is obliged to step down from any public company directorships.
Consequently, Mr. George intends to resign as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on May 21, 2025.
The Company thanks Mr. George for his commitment and service and wishes him well in his new role.
