On December 4, 2025, Polestar Automotive Holding UK PLC issued a press release announcing the date for implementation of the previously announced ratio change of its Class A, Class B, Class C-1 and Class C-2 American Depositary Shares to the respective Class A, Class B, Class C-1 and Class C-2 ordinary shares. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
