Resignation of Executive Director

On November 30, 2025, Ms. Kelly Lam Ka Lee notified the board of directors (the “Board”) of SuperX AI Technology Limited (the “Company”) of her resignation as executive director of the Company, effective December 31, 2025. Ms. Lam’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Board or management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, and was made for personal reasons. Following Ms. Lam’s resignation, she will no longer serve as a member of the Board or hold any executive position with the Company.
