On April 9, 2025, Mr. Boaz Shetzer provided notice of his intention to step down from his role as the Chief Executive Officer of ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (the “Company”) to pursue new opportunities, to be effective on July 8, 2025. Mr. Shetzer will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer during such notice period. Mr. Shetzer’s decision to step down did not arise or result from any disagreement with the Company.
