CONTENTS

As previously announced on March 27, 2025, ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that it had signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding share capital of another company (the “Potential Acquisition”), subject to the completion of due diligence and the execution of definitive agreements.

The Company is announcing that the parties have not been able to come to an agreement and have mutually agreed to terminate further discussions regarding the Potential Acquisition.
