On October 29, 2025, ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (the “Company”) and Mr. Yuval Gilad, the Company’s Chief Technology Officer, entered into an agreement in connection with Mr. Gilad’s departure from the Company, to be effective on December 25, 2025. Mr. Gilad will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Technology Officer during such interim period. Mr. Gilad’s departure from the Company did not arise or result from any disagreement with the Company. The Company has initiated a search for a qualified candidate for the position.
