Issuance of Press Release

On April 1, 2025, Brera Holdings PLC, a public limited company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the receipt of formal notice on March 31, 2025 from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Company is now in compliance with the annual meeting requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5620(a) as required for continued listing on Nasdaq and this matter is now closed. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
