Resignation of Independent Directors

In February 2026, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Luda Technology Group Limited (the “Company”) received and accepted the resignation of Mr. Chan Cherk Him Simon from his position as the Independent Director of the Board of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Chan Cherk Him Simon resigned for personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
