Anne Whitaker Board Resignation

Melbourne (Australia) and Indianapolis, IN (U.S.) – 29 April 2025. Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: TLX, NASDAQ: TLX, Telix, the Company) today advises that Anne Whitaker has submitted her resignation from the Company’s Board, effective immediately, due to unforeseen personal and family reasons.

The Telix Board regrets Ms. Whitaker’s decision to step down from the Telix Board and wishes her all the best in her personal and professional endeavors.

Ms. Whitaker’s nomination to stand for election (item of business 3(d)) at Telix’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 21 May 2025 at 10am (Sydney time) has therefore been withdrawn and will not be considered or voted on at the AGM. Withdrawal of that item of business will not affect the validity of the proxy form provided in connection with the Notice of Annual General Meeting or any proxy forms already submitted.
