Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
 
On December 31, 2025, Chief Executive Officer of Patriot Bank, N.A. (the “Bank”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Patriot National Bancorp, Inc., issued a letter to investors (the “CEO Letter”) to provide updates about the Bank’s progress in 2025.
 
A copy of the CEO Letter is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
