China market transitioned to recently closed nationwide distribution agreement with Qifeng Food Technology (Beijing) Co. Ltd*. CELSIUS will receive over $19 million between 2019 and 2023, including $12.25 million in repayment of invested capital and $6.9million from the royalty license fee. In 2024, agreement will transition to a 2%-3% volume-based royalty fee dependent on volume with minimum $2.2M royalty payment.
