On February 28, 2023, International Seaways, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing fiscal year 2022 earnings.

Pursuant to the company’s dividend policy, on February 27, 2023 INSW’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock for the first quarter of 2023 and a special dividend of $1.88 per share of common stock. Such dividends are payable on March 28, 2023 to shareholders with a record date at the close of business on March 14, 2023.
