Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition 

On January 12, 2026, Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals International, plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, that (i) ARCALYST net product revenue was $677.5 million for the full year 2025 (unaudited), (ii) gross-to-net was 8.4% for the full year 2025 (unaudited) and (iii) as of December 31, 2025 it had $414.1 million of cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments and no debt (unaudited).
