Explanatory Note
On March 12, 2025, Monogram Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the period ended December 31, 2024. The Company is filing this Amendment No. 1 to furnish a revised press release (the “Revised Press Release”) that provides certain corrections to the balance sheets, statements of operations and statements of cash flows included as part of the original press release.
Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 12, 2025, the Company issued the Revised Press Release, reflecting the changes described in the Explanatory Note. The Revised Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
