On May 15, 2026, Skillz Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
The Company makes reference to non-GAAP financial information in the press release. The Company's non-GAAP financial measures should be viewed in addition to and not as a substitute for or superior to the Company's reported results prepared in accordance with GAAP. Reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to the nearest comparable GAAP financial measures are contained in the press release.
