Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 27, 2025, ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc., (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has launched a new, wholly owned subsidiary, Keen Labs (“Keen”), to serve as a dedicated innovation and tech product development arm of the Company, focused on expanding the Company’s presence in artificial intelligence, industrial IoT, battery systems, and distributed energy technologies positioned towards enterprise customers.
