(the “Company”) issued a press release discussing a partnership with Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk to deliver affordable access to Zepbound and Wegovy, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01 in its entirety.
