(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing of its previously announced public offering of shares of Class A common stock of the Company and pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of Class A common stock of the Company, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
