Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 11, 2023, Ispire Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: ISPR), a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Michael Wang, the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Daniel Manchock, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company will be in attendance at the H.C. Wainwright 25th Annual Global Investment Conference (the “Conference”) in New York City from September 11 to September 13, 2023, where certain presentation materials of the Company will be presented to potential investors and industry stakeholders at the Conference. A copy of such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. The presentation materials are being furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.2 and are incorporated herein by reference.
