On March 9, 2026, Unusual Machines, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2025, which included a Letter to Shareholders. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
