On February 5, 2026, Air T, Inc. announced the following distribution and record dates for Air T Funding’s Alpha Income Preferred (AIP) securities (NASDAQ: AIRTP) during 2026 and 2027. Cash distributions on the AIP are in the amount of $0.50 per share (a rate of 8.0% per annum).
