Item 8.01. Other Events
In a Press Release today, Brinker International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Dominique Bertolone to serve as President of Maggiano’s Little Italy and Senior Vice President of the Company.
Mr. Bertolone has most recently served as Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage Strategy and Development at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas from January 2020 to November 2023, where he oversaw strategy development and execution around the company’s vast portfolio of restaurants, bars, lounges and nightlife venues.
