NCOs and Allowance for Credit Losses Quarter Highlights: • NCOs increased $10 million to $60 million, mainly driven by a BPPR commercial real estate loan classified as NPL in the third quarter of 2025. NCO Ratio increased 10 bps to 0.61%. NCOs in Q4 included $5 million in recoveries from the sale of previously charged-off auto loans and credit cards.
