On May 15, 2026, AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc. (“EagleNXT”) provided an update to its shareholders regarding EagleNXT’s strategic progress and accelerating second quarter momentum. A copy of the press release providing the update is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
