ITEM 8.01 – OTHER EVENTS
On June 30, 2023, ArcBest® (Nasdaq: ARCB) issued a press release announcing that its ABF Freight System, Inc. (“ABF”) employees represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (“IBT”) have ratified ABF’s 2023-2028 national collective bargaining agreement, along with 25 of the 27 supplemental agreements. The ABF and IBT negotiating teams have reached a new tentative agreement on the remaining supplemental agreements. A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
